Hey lovelies! Let me share my experience when my 10 months old baby girl was diagnosed with Primary Complex.
To make the story short, my poor little girl had her general checkup to a pediatric pulmonologist and she suspected that my daughter had this worrisome disease which was transferred by an infected person with TB (tuberculosis). For an in depth explanation, here's the link: Tuberculosis in Children
The doctor told us that TB doesn't show symptoms if it is in its latent phase. It is like a backstabber(Haha.). She did an Mantoux Test on my daughter's forearm and also requested for Chest PA X-ray. After 72 hours, the skin test is negative (it is not fullproof, a.k.a. not a reliable detector for all) but in the X-ray, it shows that my daughter really has it. She told us not to worry about it too much because no matter how much you protect your LO(little one), he can still acquire diseases like TB because it is transmitted through the air which definitely sucks and anyone can have it.
After some quite Q & A between us and the doctor, she prescribed Kidz Kit 3 Forte which contains 3 bottles in it.
Kidz Kit 3 Forte
The doctor advised me to give Curazid Forte and Natricin Forte 1 hour before breakfast. She told me that it works better on an empty stomach while Zcure every after dinner but only for 60 days. Now, my LO is still taking the remaining 2 meds until her next checkup and have another round of test to see if it is still present in my LO's system. I hope that she would be free from it soon so that she can enjoy her breakfast immediately after she wakes up everyday.
My advice to mommies like me is that if you notice something in your child, never neglect it 'cos you might not now that your child's health is at risk.
Ann :)
